We’re excited to announce that Justin Raniszeski has been appointed as JDXpert’s new President and CEO. With significant experience in HR technology and a proven ability to drive growth, Justin steps into this role at a pivotal moment for JDXpert. His leadership promises to bring fresh insights and renewed focus as we continue to evolve and improve how companies manage their job information.

At JDXpert, our mission is clear: to provide a solid foundation of job information management capabilities to enable our customers’ advanced HR strategies and talent management goals. We’re proud to build on the groundwork laid by our founders and former CEO, Andrew Ellerhorst, who will continue to serve on JDXpert’s board.

Under Justin’s leadership, we will continue to advance our platform, enhance the customer experience, and stay ahead of the shifting landscape in HR technology and talent management.

Since joining the team in January 2024 as the company’s revenue leader, Justin’s belief in JDXpert’s potential has only grown. “I’ve been in HR tech for a long time, and I know when an organization is capable of making a lasting impact for customers,” Justin shared. “The more I have experienced JDXpert’s product capabilities, the more I understand how essential this solution is for HR professionals.
